Default buggered clutch

Hey everyone can anyone help me! Had new blue print organic clutch fiited last week now the actual clutch pedal won't spring back after pressing it. The garage said i need a new "return Spring" for clutch and gearbox? Does anyone know what could be wrong and what the hell is a return spring is because it looks too fragille to have anything to do with the clutch!

Cheers!

Bleed the cutch properly.
Check/adjust the free play (should be 10mm)
Light sping under the TMIC only stops the noise/vibration of slack in the thrust bearing/clutch fork/slave cylinder.

Bleeding usually fixes it.
