Default Juddering When Engaging Drive ???

Hey Guys..

Just fitted a brand new exedy single plate clutch and lightened flywheel to my MY99 PPP.. When you engage drive in first gear etc you seem to get a judder before you start to take off.. Any ideas ???

Cheers - Andy

Have you sorted this problem out?

I have the same problem after changing to the same clutch. Kept the OE flywheel though.

Could it be a bedding in problem, that will take a bit of time to wear in.
Could a few launches sort it out?

just fitted the same to my car and at first there was alot of judder but after a few clutch riding moments it seems to be bedding in now though it does need a few extra revs to get going. is it normal to get a clutch burning smell for the first wee while of a new clutch?
