DCCD not working???

DCCD not working???
hi all, my DCCD in my v5 type r is set to the bottom ie. bottom green light...when i turn the dccd control it does not effect the light at all??? when i turn on the car, the orange diff lock light (top light) turns on and then the bottom green light comes on and stays that way??? any ideas why this is???
