Can I change backbox and rear pipe ( one with resonator box) on MY06 without remaping. Is it safe for motor? Thanks

 

The experts will be along soon, but I think you will be allright. I am going to change the centre section in mine (the one with the very large resonator) I want some burble, gonna leave the backbox for now.

the back box only acts as a sound deadening device so will not affect the engine..fitted a ninja(scoobysport) to mine and sounds very nice when its on full throttle
