Well. Im havinf fun. I will expalin breifly.....

Car has done 29k and the gear box went POP.

Warranty replaced box and i paid for a new clutch £300 from Subaru.

I have done 2500 Miles

The Engine went POP

Garage Relaced engine.

Now they are saying that the car wont go into gear due to the fact that the clutch is burned out!!

£650 please.

Just after soem advice about this, any one else burned a clutch out? 2500 miles, i dont drive like a idiot either but i do some time put my foot down

 

Doubt you can buy a Subaru clutch from a dealer for £300?
Maybe they changed just the driven (friction) plate?

 

Nah they give me it at cost plus 10% and i got the old one back so they did replace the whole thing
