What to do with the Flywheel depends on its condition. Usually it's a good idea to get yours skimmed at the very least, as putting a new clutch on a rough flywheel will just mean you get judder and reduce the lifespan of the new clutch.
I don't think the RA comes with a lightened flywheel, but stand to be corrected.

As above, flywheel is not lightweight afaik. Either have it skimmed (around £20) or buy a new lightweight one (est £300) if you like the idea of that (have a search for pros and cons).
If a standard clutch is enough for you you can pick one up from motor fators for £120 (Boxed as Borg and Beck - made by Exedy), otherwise an uprated one is around £300.
Best place for an uprated Exedy is Alyn from AS Performance (aka stockcar).
