Default How to identify which cylinder heads

Hi i have a set of ported heads but i dont know what year or model there off,is there anyway i can find out what they are. They came with an engine that was stripped down which i think has a closed deck block,can anyone help?

Post pics, including the heads with the camshafts removed and one of the camshaft followers removed. Include the underside of the cam follower in the pic.

Any others bits between the followers and the valves?

Does the follower have a hole in it?

Looks like closed deck block with hydraulic tappets, early WRX?

They are hydraulic tappets,can you tell if the pistons are cast ones or forged sti ones?

They look like standard early WRX (dog bone) shape, but I'm no expert

Yep - pistons are Standard Cast Dogbones.
