Question Problems selecting 4th?

I had a replacement gearbox some time ago now from API, all seems ok with normal driving, however if i am changing into 4th when doing about 6k revs i seem to get a crunch feeling through the gearstick when selecting 4th..

all other gears seem ok, wondered if this was a box/clutch problem, the clutch plate was changed while the box was out, cars done 80k..

Also very rare but it sometimes seems to jump when selecting 1st, again not a horrible crunch noise! just feels like you can feel the cogs! This might be down to me tho as when it happens i realise the clutch is not "right" the way down on floor.
