Default Think clutch on way out, can I claim ?.

As thread, all of the sudden the clutch bite point has become rather strange to the point I don't really feed in the clutch rather I change gear bring up clutch normally and it feels like it's slipped .
Does not seem to do it all the time but it just does not feel right.
Car always seems to accelerate okay but like I say it just sometimes feels as though it slips when engaging gear.
Anyway got a few days left before the warranty runs, anyone think it's worth booking in or am I going to get the usual 'it's clutch so it's not covered'.
The car is an 03 wrx with PPP fitted and has covered 21k so really expect the clutch to last a lot longer.
If I had to fork out for a new clutch any recommendation of what to go for based on the above spec ?.

Advice welcome .

4th gear, 50mph, full throttle. If no slip then clutch is ok. If it still feels funny, take to the dealer asap.
