1st gear grind.

1st gear grind.
I own a MY06 STi wich is 10 days old. By now it has 3200 kms and since the first day I have had problems with the first gear grinding if the car was not allmost fully stoped.
Today I also suffered a grind in 6th gear with the cluth 95% pressed at low revs.
Could really exist a problem or I only must be extra carefull when changing gears?
Please note that I previously owned a MY03 STi wich have had 0 grinding problems when useing the 1st gear with the car still moving.

I'm really annoyed since I'm suffering another extrange behaviour in the gearbox.
For example, in 2nd gear, when revving up slowly, at around 5.000 rpms a strong sound can be eard on the tranny, at the shifter level.
I also noticed that the shifter during normal driving moves a lot.
Finally I have had another grind when doing hard driving in 4 gear (wich is added to a 6th gear grind).
I have the general feel that all gears are hard to insert, also, in 3th gear I usually feel like a little shock when the gear engages...
Are all those sypmtoms from a known problem? What should I check with the dealer? gearbox? cluch?
I really need some advice, please.
