Bought a new diff for my95 wrx.just tried fitting it, its supposed to be out of a 95,but the splines are different.does anyone know if the diff's were changed (models or year )or is the diff i got for a different model?

 

maybe you have an earlier leggy turbo diff??

or the later cars (around 98-99) wnet to equal length shafts??
