Default Books for re-building gearbox

I will be removing my buggered gearbox soon and replacing it. I brought the gearbox with no return on the old one. So i will have a gearbox that owes me nothing, I was thinking of "having a go" and trying to rebuild it. And wondered if there was any Step by step guides to doing this.

Like i say it owes me nothing so if it goes wrong i will throw it, just hoping to maybe learn a little and you never know it might actually all go back together to.

Any advice or thoughts would be great

Have a look at my projects thread 'Project slow evolution'
there are the links to the 5MT manuals in there.
You will need access to some specialist gear pullers and a press though.

Dan.
