Can anyone help??...i think it might be a wheel bearing or the Hub worn

When on full lock going forwards or backwards i have a knock..seems to be once every rotation..

Warped disc??..wheel bearing??..worn stub/drive shaft??...can anyone shed any light ??

Could it be worse than i think???
