Default Induction Kits

Are these a good idea on a 99 V5 STi?
I've recently changed the MAF and getting it re-mapped at the same time as I would be fitting an induction kit.

Was considering the GGR kit?

Does anybody know what these are like?

Are they easy to fit and attach the MAF sensor to?
Anybody had any MAF problems with this kit?

What do they sound like?
Can you hear the dumpvalve and wastegate chatter alot more?

Where can you get a heat shield and cold air feeder for this kit?

Many thanks.
