Default will a blitz nur spec r
fit onto a ggr sports cat downpipe its a push on fit & is 3" diameter ???

As far as i can remember,

My Nur Spec R narrowed to 2.5" to enable it to fit a standard size downpipe.

i have a 3" H+S downpipe which mates to my nur spec r and both flanges narrows down to 2.5 for fitting
