Default PPP Sports Cats

Does anyone know the spec of the first 'Sports' cats fitted as part of the PPP.

Do they have an open neck at turbo flange ? Anyone know the density of the cat itself ?

info direct from Prodrive:

The downpipe as fitted to the P1 is indentical to any other downpipe on a UK turbo other than having a higher precious metal loading on the substrate which means that it has a better catalysing effect. This means that the other cat that would normally be fitted is no longer needed giving better engine performance.

The cat fitted to the P1 isn't a sports cat.
The only sports cats used are the ones fitted to the PPP on the MY02-05 STI only. Not sure exactly what the cell rating is on these but Mike Wood of Prodrive has said they perform as good as a decat.

There are two different types of PPP sports cat downpipe for the newage STi's:
2002-2004 STi's had a twin-dump, divorced arrangement.
WR1 and 2005 STi's have an open neck, bell-mouth with a splitter, similar to the APS turbo outlet.
Density - Unknown, but the WR1 did produce more power than the earlier cars -due to mapping as well as new style downpipe !
