Just got my car back after having recon gearbox fitted.
Everything was fine till i got home and tried selecting reverse and found it wouldn't go in, so i tried a bit harder and now it won't go in any gear.
HELP PLEASE !

I lost reverse on mine after shattering the selector fork, the fragments blocked the selection of other gears. Have you tried to select gears with the engine on and off to make sure it just isn't the clutch? If you have best get on the phone you won't fix that yourself.

 

Its really easy to say go back but can't go back if i don't have any gears can i.
What do you want me to do pick it up and carry it.
Tryin to keep my sense of humour here but its not easy was supposed to be goin to scoobyshootout sunday so not very happy with the garage at all its £580 for nothing at mo.
To explain in more detail.Every now and again i can select gears but the rest of the time its like something is blocking the gates and it wont push to the right at all so guessing its a selector fork thats not right but just trying to confirm so i've got an informed opinion when i go to the gearbox place.
