Default can clutch wear affect power?

my clutch judders a lot on take off and im just wondering if a worn clutch can coincide with a lack of power, im not talking off the line accelration but in gear accleration. my car seems to have lost a bit of 'juice' lately. i have a boost gauge and figures are normal (0.7 bar 1st and 2nd, 0.9 bar 3rd and 4th, 1 bar 5th). i dont even get that sudden thrust when 3000rpm is reached on accelration anymore.

anyone?

A worn clutch will not affect the power developed by the engine but it could feel that way if there is slip occuring.

only if it slips.

Once the clutch is up and fully engaged if there is no slip then there will be no difference to power output.
