bolts that hold fule pressure

Question bolts that hold fule pressure

help one of the bolts that hold the fule pressure regulater to the fule rail have snaped of how can i get round this 1996 car with regulater by turbo.

can u take the fule rail off and get the stud out ?
or any way to get this out while on the car

any help will be grate

If you can get the regulator off, leaving the snapped off stud exposed on the end of the rail, you might be able to get in there with mole grips, if you take the turbo off.

Failing that, you'll have to lift the manifold off/up to be able to get in on the back on the snapped off bolt with grips

Good luck - Sounds like a right PITA.

sounds like a right pain then.
was hoping the fule rail may just bolt off o well :-(

Pre97 fuel rails have bolted ends so just unbolt the other end of the rail, then the drivers side rail can just be unbolted from the inlet manifold. No need to take the manifold off.

Just make sure the other two bolts don't snap
