td05 comes as a small 16g compressor wheel and housing.
16g can also be bought in "large" format, with the 18g td05 they fit an 18g compressor wheel and housing, same goes for a 20g.
basically the "g" figure referes to the size of the compressor wheel (the side of the turbo that connects to the inlet pipe/filter).
16g good for 340bhp or so
18g good for 370 or so
20g good for 390 or so
more can be had by running race gas

Shame on me as I don't know either
!! I run a TD05 18G from andy forrest (which is good for 400 BHP plus) I assumed that the "G" was the mass of the turbine on the compressor side .. ??

I assume it's not that, as IIRC it's something like a 13H wheel fitted to the the TD04, think I've even heard of an 11L (smaller TS04 on a legacy or something?).
Sorry - that doesn't actually help much, as whilst I can suggest what the answer isn't, I don't know what it is!
