I used 30m x 50mm for headers and uppipe (megans), and had a few meters left over.

I used 5m to wrap half the downpipe, enough to the bend where it runs under the car. I'd say 10m if you want to do the whole dp

Had the car mapped today but this was with tons of other mods, so I can't compare a before or after.

But I can say they bolt up well, they touch the sump on the near side front, you have to bend the offside lower rad mount, and loosen the offside engine mount and jack the engine up a bit to get the uppipe in.

The flexi joint leaks when cold, but they all do that

This is on a MY95

P.S. they don't leak at 1.4 - 1.5 bar but make sure you tighten the blanking plug up to the mandatory FT setting

I am happy with them at the mo, but lets see after a few trackdays if they are still working as well as they did on the way home today
