Default diff /gear oil

Unfortunatly, I dont have a handbook for my V4 type R, can anyone tell me the oil grades needed for the gearbox, front, rear and centre diff? Also is the centre diff (DCCD) lubricated from the gearbox or is it separate?

If you do a search, there are loads of threads on this one.

You need 75w-90 GL4/GL5 for both gearbox and diff.

I'd use LS oil in the rear diff personally.

Many 75w-90 GL4/GL5's are suitable for diffs as the GL5 for loadcarrying capability.

Check first though!

would the gearbox be the normal 75w/90 oil, as it has a limited slip at the front?. And is syntrax ok?

As long as it's ok for LSD's.

I don't think syntrax is. Look at Silkolene SYN 5 75w-90 as it's suitable.
