hiya ppl... my type r has done 37k.... i was wondering what belts need to be changed and at what milage/age should they be done???? and what oil should i be using?

normally around 45K for main cambelt, but depends on age/condition/use/etc...................the other auxilliary belts change when required, normally not as often..............

personally in a type-r would use Motul/Millers 10w40, 10w60, 15w50..............full synths..................

might do the cambelt so when i change the turbo etc... do it all at once...
