Rear Diff Leakage
This post will show I do not have a clue although you all know that anyway.
About 18 months ago I had my rear diff seal replaced as it was leaking. At this years MOT this was noted again for replacement.
Now, are there more than one? If this is the same one, it's a bit soon for it to have perished again isn't it?
I obviously need it replacing but where do I stand in respect of it only lasting 18 months?

You've got three to choose from. One at the front of the unit where the prop shaft joins and one either side of the diff. where the drive shafts attach.
I had a seal replaced on my STi when it was only 6000 miles old. It's not unusual to see these "weep" a bit. If your replaced one was not installed fully square or the seal lip lubricated it will go prematurely.

Also check the Propd / Driveshafts (Which ever one it's leaking from) for slight burrs / ridges Etc which could be damaging the seals
