Default Prodrive/H&S/Scooby Sport: The True Performance Back Box?

Not wanting to go on at great length here but shortly i will have all three of these back boxes for my MY98 UK. I need to know which is going to suit me best in terms of performance versus everyday driveability (read noise).

The Prodrive BB came with the car and i was quite happy with this until a Group Buy was set up for the H&S BB. It's little tatty after 110,000 miles but still works and sounds good. The only reservation i have about putting this one back on my car is the potential for a drop in performance.

The H&S has been on the car since Sep 2004 and is very noisy. So noisy i'm worried that when i move house in May and have neighbours i may have to swap it for a quieter one. However, my head tells me the H&S has the performance edge over the other 2 as it has the straightest exit and has to be the least restrictive. (pic below)

Finally, i've somewhat accidentally won a new Scooby Sport rear silencer through the Tsunami auction (i promise to pay for it Simon ). Is this really the performance exhaust i'm led to believe it is or is it essentially a shiney version of my Prodrive BB?

I am being remapped on March 12th so the BB will be used to its full potential. I'd appreciate your thoughts and/or experiences with any of these units.

Or perhaps i am reading too much into all this? Will either really make that much of a differance?

If you get more than about 1-2bhp difference between the three backboxes alone on a moderate power car, I'd be surprised. IIRC John Banks showed a while back on a fairly tuned car that a Blitz Nur spec was only about ~8bhp better than an OEM box.

Why not attend one of the group RR days, a back box won't take long to bolt on and they might allow you to test all three, for little more than what it costs for one run?
