hi folks, i have been building a rally car out of a my99 turbo. but there is a few probs with electics which are:when you turn the key on to the first click the cooling fan comes on and goes off when turned further, the boost soleniond buzzes after you turn the engine off,the fuel pump only works in pulses of about 1 sec on and 1 sec off.

I have had the whole car in bits so the prob could be anywhere
any help will be great. thanks
