As far is i know, Turbo back is a complete system, either replacing the current cats with hi flow items or straight throught tubes.

Cat back replaces the centre cat and back box, again with a hi flow cat or straight through tubes.

The back box is exactly that, just the back box alone.

The sound is the same, but the fully system might be 'slighty' louder depending on the manufacturer

The main differences will be the power produced and the point at which the turbo spools up.
Obviously removing all the cats makes the car illegal come MOT time

Depends which system you go for. The blitz is 'super' loud, where as the ninja, prodrive etc are more subtle, but still free up afew horses!
