Default Coolant

Changing my radiator tomorrow how much coolant will I need to buy to refill ???

You can use 35-40% mix.
It depends on what make of coolant you use.
It takes ages to fill/bleed the rad...

you will need 3lt of coolant mate, 7.2lt is the total coolant capacity.

You usually lose about 6.5lt when you take the rad out as a lot of the time the water in the heater matrix and a couple of other pipes stays in place.

cheers mate can I feed it through the expansion tank or is there some " Special" way that I should do it

I find the best way is to take the top pipe off of the header tank that runs to the turbo and push a funnel into it, keep filling the funnel until the water appears in the header tank. this generally fills the system well enough to not need any more coolant.
