Will a Blitz back box fit straight on to the standard centre pipe

unless its the back box that came off the blitz system then it will only fit 3" flanged centres . . if its the nur spec it will fit but if its the nur spec R it wont
the R means system by the way . . . .and the difference in bb's is the size of the flange
