Try heading to the P1 owners club. Everything from standard P1's to high BHP monsters.

"ive bought a p1 and it is totaly standard, iam wanting to upgrade the turbo, inj, fuel pump etc but dont no what the stock ones are"

Stock fuel pump is enough for tuning just around an exhaust, remap, but a lot change it for this. Std injectors are 440cc at 3 bar differential pressure. Turbo is IHI VF28, good for spool up, good for about 320 BHP.

"i have looked into it and have found a (ihi vf34 roller ball bearingfor sti 7 & 8 ) and a (garrett t3/t04e hybrid turbo 450 bhp) dont no whats best suited ?"

Neither, VF34 is no real upgrade over your VF28. The T3/T4 hybrid will be laggy compared with newer turbos. 20G is good for 400 BHP and not too laggy. I wouldn't go bigger on a 2.0 myself.

" also phase 2 inj 550cc & relevant fuel pump etc. i have also invested in a aquamist system. good or bad ??"

Water is good, but only as an extra and it will drop the power a bit without tuning for it. However, if you tune for it to gain power and the water stops, so might your engine... terminally. 550s are good for a comfortable 400 BHP at raised fuel pressure.

"i need help with turbo timers and electronic boost controls as well"

don't need the timer, EBC can be quite good, look into the AVC-R which does gear based boost control and makes quite a difference on the road
