Default STi RA Adjustable Centre Diff

I am about to collect my STi RA, and although very familiar with WRX and UK Trubos, I have not owned a STi.

Can anyone tell me what the adjustable centre diff does (I am presuming it splits the drive fore and aft) but am not sure how to use it day to day.

Are there any other specific drving "techniques" for the RA?

Does that mean you really are coming back?
New for 2005: cars must have a full roll cage!
Only thing you need for an RA is $$$$$$ for the fuel.

See you next year!

To use the diff on a day 2 day basis it goes as follows

bottom green for normal driving/motorway - (whats normal driving in a scoob, I dont think it exists).
one up from bottom for a sprint around the lanes in either wet or dry.

Thats what I use anyway.
