Post Which Turbo Timer

Anyone got any recommendations on which turbo timer is the best, ie features, ease of use, value for money etc.
Looking to get one soon as was just wondering if anyone has got one they'd recommend.

Cheers

Cool

I've asked the very same question before mate. The majority of the responses I got were not to bother. Just let it cool down yourself and save your money for something else, but if you want one I'm sure you'll be pointed in the right direction.

I'd check with your insurance company before you fit one, although as above personally i wouldn't bother.

I use a blitz dual turbo timer, you can set it to auto or pre set the time yourself, also reads boost pressure and peak boost pressure. Fitting is quite easy if you have a harness or do what I did and just hard wire it to the ignition connector block. The only downside with a timer is you have to wait for the engine to stop before you can lock and alarm the car before you walk away, cos if you lock the car and arm the alarm when the timer is running it will disarm and unlock the doors once it stops, not good if you are in a hurry.
Nick.
