Hi all , Not sure if i've got a worn wastegate , as on occasion don't feel as if it's pulling as well and the dump valve seems a bit quieter than first thing in the morning .
Not sure if that's because the air is denser in the morning when cold or the waste gate is seeping when getting hot .
Have been told by one performance place that the wastegate's get worn on 50 60k and can have an intermitent slight loss of power . I've noticed it as it's got a cold air intake and bailey dump valve and boost max 17psi , the sound has changed .Will need to connect a boost gauge back up to see if boost is dropping off , but this seems is come and go abit .
Anyone got any ideas ?
