Question DOWN PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET

MY98 UK Turbo. Recently had the standard down pipe replaced with a H&S Afterburner de-cat item. When the car was in for a service the other day, it was pointed out to me that the support bracket for the down pipe is missing. What is the detail at this location i.e. is it a rubber mounted item or a nut an bolt arrangement etc. Is it a subaru part or can any nuts and bolts be used? I take it that they will be required to fully support the exhaust?

On my Magnex decat 3'' there are 2, and it is a real fight to get both on and tight, nearly as bad as the lower stud/nut on the turbo.......onder2:
