Default transmition drag

when im coasting to a holt i notice the car feels like the brakes are dragging. ive checked the brakes and there is no binding. could it be transmition? or is this normal for scooby?

You probably have a seized viscous centre diff, to check jack both fron wheels off the ground, get someone to help and each take a fron t whell and together turn in the same direction at once, if it turns with some resistance its fine, if it won't or is very tight then the diff is playing up, do this with the transmission hot.
