Question Fitting a Turbo on a SPORT

Not really mechanically minded - can do a service, thats about it.

What exactly needs to be done/changed in order to fit a turbo?

Cheers ppl

ECU, Compression, exhaust system, manifolds, possibly oil pump and water pump, injectors, fuel pressure regulator. Brakes, driveshafts, clutch etc.
