Default Gear Crunching!

For the last few weeks, every time I go from 3rd to 4th gear at high revs, the gears crunch.

I am getting around it by keeping the clutch in for a few seconds to let the revs drop, but I can't carry on like that.

Does anybody know what could be causing it? And what I can do to fix it?

Cheers,

Mark.

More than likely to be the synchros on 3/4 have gone, box out strip down inspect & replace, hopefully no other damage would have been done.

Try the Syntrax by all means, you'll soon know

Cool, cheers guys - will cross my fingers and hope the syntrax oil does the trick!

TMO - was it just from one gear to the other when you had the problem or was it the same for all gears?
