Hope someone can help me with this, here goes.
just bought a MY96 UK turbo (salvage) with engine knocking, so got another engine (second hand) suposed to be a good engine out of a MY96 as well, there was a few bit's missing off the new one like crank sensor, cam sensor, and so on, then we fit the engine every thing goes fine until we go to start it, but nowt it's turning over alright but wont fire, so we check we hav'nt missed anything and we hav'nt, then we find were getting fuel to the injectors but not the plugs got a good spark as well, any help would be much apreciated...

did you swap the loom as suggested?

Check the injectors work by putting 12v across them.. (off the car) or swap the injectors..

If you have access to a scope put it across the injector to see if it is opening.

David yes m8 swaped the loom, will try the injectors next,
