Default Ideal TD turbo for 2.0l?

I'm wondering what you guys think is the ideal TD-series turbo for the 2.0L engine

Car is used alot for track and not for sprints

already got

Syms equal length manifold
550cc injectors
group A filter
Unichip with custom mapping
AVC-R
Knocklink
Hybrid FMIC
STI 6 speed
STI Clutch

am planning on Rods & Pistons, but that will happen later on, maybe combined with a closed deck 2.0L.

What do you think?

TD05-18G
TD05-19T
TD06-18G

around 380-400
Think a safe 350 will do for the track.

(limited to 330 while still on stnd internals)

(if the lag isn't too bad compared to a lower BHP version, I would consider a larger turbo for more top end.

VF35 from STi 7 / 8 will do 355 if pushed but its not a roller bearing turbo.
TD05 Front Entry Upto 370 ish, maybe more with NF
TD05/06 Lateral Performance or Andy F have achieved 440 ish with NF
Or

a Nice rotated mount Garrett GT30 based turbo from Lateral Performance, with new uppipe & downpipe and external wastegate for 400+

Plenty of choice, VF & TD05 direct fit, garrets require uppipes & downpipes, oil lines etc.
