Quick question - Would fitting a STi backbox from a MY04 increase performance compared with the standard twin pipe backbox fitted to a standard WRX MY04?

I put one on my MY01, looked nicer and I'm pretty sure it sounded a tiny bit different but might have been wrong, looked better in my opinion though, changed it for something else in the end though, wanted the scooby sound!
I had one on my 02 WRX fitted and it sounded and looked nicer than the standard twin pipe WRX box - felt like it gave a tad more power. I paid for mine but since heard how many STi's have the PPP they are easy to come by very cheaply.

Thanks guys
I have decided that I will swop over to the STi backbox. Hopefully this will be an interim measure until I can afford a decent power increacing backbox. As you say will look nicer anyway. Is a Scoobysport backbox still best the one?
