Default Info. of fitting a uprated fuel reg.

I have recently had a new engine fitted and after a failed remap attemp with Bob we found out my fuel regulator was not fitted correctly!!! I believe that the vacum pipe from the back of the reg. should go to the middle connector of the 3 on my inlet manifold. My car is a MY95 STI RA!

Can someone confirm this asap as I need to get a remap SOON!

Cheers

Dom.

PS - My reg. is one I brought of Mark at Lateral and has a gague on it!

of the three pipes on the top of the manifold is makes no odds which goes where..

one should go to the dump valve, one to the fuel regulator, and one to the MAP sensor via the pressure exchange solenoid.

You really should T the boost gauge if you have one off the dump valve line.

Mike,

If you can have a look that'll be fantastic, my boost gauge is T'ed off one of the 2 pipes connected so I can take it thats the one to the dump valve, cheers Simon.

My vacum pipe from the reg. has not been collected, lucky I've been running the car in and not been using anymore than 10psi since I've had my engine fitted!!

Cheers

Dom
