Default T25 upgrade

Some of you will know that my JDM STi7 has a blown engine and I'm considering all options. As an update re the previous thread, I've taken legal advice and spoken with Trading Standards and I'm told I have a strong case...so watch this space - but there's no rush......Anyway, thinking about a T25 upgrade, 2.5L engine, bigger turbo, new exhaust, suspension change etc. Has anyone here had this done? If so I'd like a quiet word sometime. All comments and observations gratefully received.
Thanks for your help.

several have converted to 2.5 litres. This is not the same as a type 25 upgrade as the type 25 which ia ssume you are referring to is a complete car with suspension options etc.

It just happens to use the ej257 which is the 2.5 engine from the US sti.

Be warned, the engine is the cheap part, the other bits you mention can make the price snowball somewhat. iYou could quite happily just switch the short block to the 2.5 litre and leave the rest as is with just a remap. It will still be mroe than entertaining and will give you the option to do the other things you suggest if you get bored and want to up things later on.

for the engine, give lateral performance a call on 020 8420 5444
