Unhappy 6 speed conversion

I am placing a JDM 6 speed gearbox into my JDM MY93 WRX. I have a slight problem.

The old Speedo Drive is Mechanical and New Gearbox is Electronic. I need a way around this???? I am not willing to fit a whole new dash out of the new STI.

Thanks in advance.
