If you have the slanty TMIC which you should have, the MY99 TMIC will fit but will require some modifications. It is a worthwhile modification imho but does require some work

Wink

If you look at the piccys below :-

You can see that I fabicated and fitted a custom dump v/v blanking plate as the original cannot be used due to clearance issues with the idle control v/v.

From the above piccies you can see a custom dump v/v T-piece was fitted so either the original re-circ v/v or aftermarket version can be fitted. This was achieved by cutting the Samco Y-splitter and fitting 'in beween' the custom T-piece and attaching the 90deg elbow on the end for connection to the turbo.

The Throttle body requires approx 10mm of material removing as does the TMIC outlet to Throttle Body to remove clearance issues at the rear of the TMIC. The Rear Engine Mount Bracket also requires some material removing to eliminate contact to the TMIC.

The finished article is shown below :-

But is no longer fitted due to an FMIC upgrade. The TMIC did make a big improvement over the standard slanty version and is a worthwhile modification imho

Cheers
