Turbo for my needs
Hello to all,
I was thinking about a turbo, after reading a lot in this forum(searching), in America ecc..
I finishing thinking in these turbo's:
VF30
VF22
TD05-16G from deadbolt port polish,coated ecc...
TD05-18G from deadbolt same as above
Would like to have 340-360 HP safe (means the turbo must not soffer)
not to much lag.
Which one is better?price/performance?
TD05-20g i'm afraid for my engine and trasmission.
And what kind of EMS suggest? Utec, link,gems,autronic...

td05 16g will give solid 350hp but 18g might be a little easier (lower boost). Avoid VF22, VF30 good for around 330hp with great spoolup.
EMS will depend on year of car. For 99/00 Link gives excellent value for money, if you want better go with GEMS, avoid autronic due to support issues.

I have a MY01 Subaru WRX (bug eye),
with the 16G or 18G the STI 565 cc will be good or it's better bigger?
18G have the same lag as the VF22 or better spoolup, how i've heard?
16G can kill ( with the appropriate tuning and EMS) an APS 40?
