HELP - fiting Bosch coil packs
Is there a guide to fitting the Bosch coil packs, mine have jsut arrived and im now very scared
how the hell do i fit these to an MY95 WRX ??

Mark,
I presume you mean the coils on the spark plugs - if so I fitted one of these this week on my 95 Jap WRX. Not difficult to do but you need to take care. After getting access to the coil you undo the 10mm bolt & the wire connector & they slot off. When tightening/loosening the bolt make sure you support the coil to stop it rotating. If you don't you will torque the coil about the top of the spark plug & split the insulation on the coil. This has happened on my car at some stage in its life & some guy has tried to glue the insulation - does not work!

but these Bosch coilpaks are nothing like the OE subaru ones
they are a different shape, have different mounting, theres not plug/HT atatched
they are considered to be much much better than the OE coilpacks.
and are only available from Australia
Thats why i need some advice on fitting them
