Default Blitz BOV adjustments

Has anyone got a set of instructions on how to set up the Blitz BOV properly? At the moment I'm getting the revs dipping below 1000 rpm when I stop at junctions and roundabouts.

Anyone recommend which trumpet is best as well? The K and N one seems to run better but the other open mouth one has 2 dump holes.

i have a turbo xs bov. i have to harden the spring by putting washers on it to make it shorter. it says run the engine on idle and if the valve is open make the spring a little harder and so on........untill it is closed on idle
