Default Boost solenoid

Connected the two green connectors together under the dash, listened to the relays clicking, fans werring but no clicking from the boost solenoid!! Pulled off a pipe - sprayed in some brake cleaner and low and behold it started to click - lots! Gave it a few more squirts for good measure and connected it all back up!!

I haven't had chance to take it for a run yet but do you think that would have been causing my surging/hesitation on boost in 4th and 5th gears!!?? I hope so! I'm going to do an ECU reset properly on the weekend and then hopefully everything will be spick and span!! What you all think!?

Cheers

Damo

I cleaned mine after having similar problems, used WD40 the first time and brake cleaner the second time.

I was later told by Kev at the scoobyclinic that it is not a good idea to be using WD40.
