Had my car in for a service at adams the other day and complained about a knocking noise from somewhere near the offside rear wheel. mechanic and i went out for a spin and amazingly it obliged and made the noise for him too!- bloody miracle. he then said he'd read of something similar on scoobynet and so on the basis of his very rough "thats the only thing i can think of" thev'e ordered the parts. i couldn't believe it. where was the usual "Eeer they all do that... i cant hear that...perhaps sir should consider turning his stereo up a bit louder, that will fix the noise etc etc"
has anybody had anything similar?
