Torque value for rear diff drive ring bolts?

Just swapping out the open diff for a plated one - swapping the drive ring reveals the bolts as done up *very* tight (also assembled with locktite). Anyone know what torque I should be tightening these up to when I bolt the ring to my new diff?

I'm going to use 70lb/ft?

Close - 75.8lb/ft (+/- 7lb/ft)
